Welcome!

The Chandler Elementary School Student Council consists of two representatives from each class in third grade.

These students plan school-wide activities and community service projects such as Helping Hands of Kilgore annual benefit, campus improvement projects, School Board and Teacher Appreciation treats, and drives for local non-profits.

Currently, the CES Student Council is actively working to serve those in our community who often are overlooked, have more "on their plate", or just need that extra helping hand.

From the various fundraisers they help organize, to the day to day interactions and the opportunity to participate in announcements, Student Council provides a way for students to take some leadership role as the group strives to make the school and community a better place.
